Can I update or modify, cancel, or transfer my pass(es)?

UPDATE / MODIFY

Attendees may update their registrations at any time by one of four ways...
  1. Via the "modify" link in the confirmation email sent to each individual attendee.
  2. Look for the link at the top of the registration form that says "ALREADY REGISTERED? Click to modify or cancel" to start the process.
  3. Call MCI support at +1 (972) 349-5453 or email... IMTC@mcievents.com
  4. You may also update your name, job title, and company at check-in at the conference before you print your name badge.
CANCELLATION

Cancel your pass(es) at any time through January 28, 2026. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to IMTC@mcievents.com. Registration cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $55 for each Full pass, $35 for Edu/Gov/NGO and 1-Day passes, and $15 for Student passes. All other refunded items are charged approximately 4% per item.

Cancellations will not be accepted, and event fees will not be refunded, for requests that are received after January 28, 2026.

SHARING

Sharing passes is not allowed.

TRANSFER

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Substitutions may be made 7 days or more prior to the start of the show. The request must be in writing by the original registrant. 

Call MCI support at +1 (972) 349-5453 or email... IMTC@mcievents.com. Give them the following information for the person you want to transfer your pass to:
  1.  Name
  2.  Job Title
  3.  Company
  4.  Address (if different than your own)
  5.  Phone
  6.  Email
  7.  Dietary preferences (if any)
