Can I update or modify, cancel, or transfer my pass(es)?

UPDATE / MODIFY / ADD PASSES

Attendees may update their registrations at any time by one of four ways...
  1. Via the "modify" link in the confirmation email sent to each individual attendee.
  2. Look for the link at the top of the registration form that says "Already Registered? Click to start the process.
    1. To add additional passes (such as the Boot Camp, Building Tours, etc):
      1. Click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page to work your way to pg. 4 ("Additional Items") where you can select the additional add-on passes that you want.
      2. Once all add-on passes are selected, hit the Next button to forward to the "Payment" page and pay for the tickets. 
  3. Call MCI support at +1 (972) 349-5453 or email... IMTC@mcievents.com
  4. You may also update your name, job title, and company at check-in at the conference before you print your name badge.

Sharing passes is not allowed.

SUBSTITUTION

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Substitutions may be made until the first day of the event, March 31, 2026. The request must be from the original registrant.

Call MCI support at +1 (972) 349-5453 or email... IMTC@mcievents.com. Give them the following information for the person you want to transfer your pass to:
  1.  Name
  2.  Job Title
  3.  Company
  4.  Address (if different than your own)
  5.  Phone
  6.  Email
  7.  Dietary preferences (if any)
