Are exhibitor passes included with the exhibit space fee?
There are NO Exhibitor & Sponsor passes included with the exhibit space fee. They must be purchased separately.
Everyone working in your booth must have an Exhibitor/Sponsor pass. We discount select Exhibitor/Sponsor passes according to the following schedule:
- From launch of ticket sales through January 28 = approx. 37% discount off select passes*
- From January 29 through the conference = approx. 30% discount off select passes*
*Does not include EDU/Gov/Nonprofit and Student passes, or Tour and Workshop tickets.
Keep in mind that the passes include the following:
- Full passes include a full breakfast and lunch for each day, and day-only passes include the same for that specific day. And with the addition of unlimited coffee/tea throughout the day, snacks, and free hors d'oeuvres at the evening receptions, we feed you well.
- Full access to the educational panels and general sessions.
- Remember that anyone in your company is eligible for a discounted Exhibitor/Sponsor pass even if they're not working in your booth.
