There are NO Exhibitor & Sponsor passes included with the exhibit space fee. They must be purchased separately.
Everyone working in your booth must have an Exhibitor/Sponsor pass. We discount select Exhibitor/Sponsor passes according to the following schedule:
- From August 25, 2026 through September 8, 2026 = approx. 40% off select passes*
- From September 9, 2026 through November 13, 2026 = approx. 30% off select passes*
- From November 14, 2026 through January 9, 2027 = approx. 20% off select passes*
- From January 10, 2027 through January 29, 2027 = approx. 10% off select passes*
- From January 30, 2027 through the event = regular registration prices
*Does not include EDU/Gov/Nonprofit and Student passes, or Tour tickets.
Keep in mind that the passes include the following:
- Full passes include a full breakfast and lunch most days, and day-only passes include the same for that specific day. And with the addition of unlimited coffee/tea throughout the day, snacks, and free hors d'oeuvres at the evening receptions, we feed you well.
- Full access to the educational panels and general sessions.
- Remember that anyone in your company is eligible for a discounted Exhibitor/Sponsor pass even if they're not working in your booth.
