What is included with an exhibit space fee?

All purchased exhibit spaces include:
  1. 6′ draped table,
  2. 2 chairs,
  3. wastebasket,
  4. identification sign,
  5. 8’ high pipe and drape back wall and 3’ high pipe and drape side rail (black),
  6. free listing on the Exhibit Hall floorplan,
  7. free listing on the conference mobile app, and
  8. non-expiring 30% discount on exhibitor passes for employees of your company (the discount does not apply to the full pass for edu/gov/nonprofits or the student pass, or tour passes).
  9. A custom “virtual booth” where you can post a company description, list sales contacts, link to your websites & social, and upload your company literature for attendees to browse and download at will.
NOTE: Exhibit space fees do NOT include attendee (exhibitor) passes, which must be purchased separately for every person attending the conference and occupying your exhibit space. Learn more about passes and the included benefits for each.
