What is included with an exhibit space fee?

All purchased exhibit spaces include:
  1. 6′ draped table,
  2. 2 chairs,
  3. wastebasket,
  4. identification sign,
  5. 8’ high pipe and drape back wall and 3’ high pipe and drape side rail (black),
  6. company name and booth number on the Exhibit Hall floorplan,
  7. company profile on the conference mobile app, and
  8. non-expiring ~30% discount on exhibitor passes for employees of your company (the discount does not apply to the full pass for edu/gov/nonprofits or the student pass, or tour passes).
NOTE: Exhibit space fees do NOT include attendee (exhibitor) passes, which must be purchased separately for every person attending the conference and occupying your exhibit space. Learn more about passes and the included benefits for each.
