What is the exhibit space and attendee pass cancellation and refund policy?

The Event recognizes that both professional and personal situations may arise.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to IMTC@mcievents.com. Registration cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 for each Full Conference Pass; $30 for Edu/Gov/NGO and Day Passes; and $15 for Student Passes. All other refunded items are charged approximately 4% per item. For a partial refund, written cancellations must be received no later than January 28, 2026. Cancellations will not be accepted, and event fees will not be refunded for requests that are received after this date.

If an Exhibitor desires to cancel their Exhibitor Contract and therefore their exhibit space, the Exhibitor may only do so by giving written notice with evidence of receipt by the Event. If the cancellation is received by October 24, 2025, then Exhibitor will remain liable for 50% of the total exhibit fee. Otherwise, the Exhibitor will remain liable for 100% of the total fees. Exhibitor will remain liable for 100% of all fees paid or payable in respect of sponsorships, regardless of when their Contract is executed or cancelled by Exhibitor.

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Substitutions may be made until the first day of the event, March 31, 2026. The request must be in writing by the original registrant.

The Event is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather that may affect purchased events, including education sessions, workshops or special events.

If the Event moves to virtual-only and an Attendee does not want to attend the Virtual Event, then the Attendee will receive credit toward the following year’s Event.

Hotel reservations must be cancelled by the official cancellation date of your reservation, or you will be responsible for any hotel cancellation fees as specified in your reservation.

Note that any charges for Registration items on your credit card may be labeled “Trifecta Collective.” Chargebacks on any purchased passes will result in a recoup of costs. No exceptions.
