Unauthorized photography, recording, or transmission of audio or visual material of the Event, exhibitors, speakers, products, demonstrations, or attendees is prohibited without our prior written approval and any other required third-party consent. We may confiscate or require deletion of unauthorized recordings and may revoke credentials or remove the attendee without refund.
The Event may be photographed or recorded, and images may be used in promotional materials. By registering, you consent to being photographed and recorded and grant us the right to use your image in promotional materials without compensation. We own all images and recordings.
