What are the recommended times for presenting my poster during the show?

In the agenda we promote the time for the posters each day, and these are the times that the exhibit hall is open. (However, we don't necessarily recommend that you stand by and present your poster for all of the exhibit hall open hours.)

The posters are self-guided, so attendees can review them whenever they like. However, the bulk of attendees are in the exhibit halls during the breaks, lunches, and receptions. We find that many students like to stay close to their posters during those same breaks, lunches, and receptions — but it's not required. Keep in mind that when we say "lunches," we definitely recommend you take advantage of the included lunch and network with colleagues in the dining hall. However, once people are finished with lunch they often spend the remaining time in the exhibit hall, and this can be an opportunity to talk to attendees about your poster.
