What are the official Exhibit Hall hours?

While the Exhibit Hall is open all day (Wednesday and Thursday) and exhibitors and attendees are free to come and go as they please, many attendees are in the educational sessions across from the Exhibit Hall, on those days, when not at meals or breaks. (All breaks and meals are held in or adjacent to the Exhibit Hall.)

Monday, March 30

  1. 1:00 PM– 7:00 PM | Exhibitor Move-In

Tuesday, March 31

  1. 8:00 AM– 3:00 PM | Exhibitor Move-In
  2. 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Welcome Reception

Wednesday, April 1

Exhibit Hall Open to Attendees | 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM

Special activities inside the Exhibit Hall include:
  1. 9:15 AM – 10:30 AM | Morning Attendee Break
  2. 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM | Lunch
  3. 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM | Happy Hour Reception

Thursday, April 2

Exhibit Hall Open to Attendees | 9:15 AM – 3:00 PM
