What are the official Exhibit Hall hours?

While the Exhibit Hall is open (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and exhibitors and attendees are free to come and go as they please, many attendees are in the educational sessions across from the Exhibit Hall, on those days, when not at meals or breaks. (All breaks and meals are held in or adjacent to the Exhibit Hall.)

Here is the schedule for Exhibit Hall open times and for when the bulk of attendees are in the Exhibit Hall…

MONDAY, MARCH 15
  1. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Exhibitor Move-In and Setup Only
TUESDAY, MARCH 16
There is NO exhibit hall access for attendees until Wednesday
  1. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Exhibitor Move-In and Setup
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17
Exhibit hall is open to attendees from 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  1. 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Exhibitor Move-In and Setup
  2. 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Lunch
  3. 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Exhibit Hall Opening Reception
THURSDAY, MARCH 18
Exhibit hall is open to attendees from 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  1. 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Exhibit Hall Open
  2. 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Lunch
  3. 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Networking Reception
FRIDAY, MARCH 19
Exhibit hall is open to attendees from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  1. 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Exhibit Hall Open
