Is food included with my attendee registration?

Yes it is. We feed you well so that you can concentrate on learning, creating your next deal, and making connections. All meals are served in Exhibit Hall A1 & B (the official conference dining hall). All receptions and the coffee & tea will be in Exhibit Halls C & D. 

In addition to unlimited Portland Roasting coffee and hot teas throughout each of Wednesday and Thursday, here’s what you can expect…

TUESDAY, MARCH 31
  1. Tour attendees and exhibitors enjoy Blue Star doughnuts (a Portland favorite) and hot coffee/tea in the morning. Sponsored by Henkel.
  2. Welcome Reception includes complimentary hors d’oeuvres and no-host bar. Sponsored by Timberlab, Swinerton, Kallesoe Machinery, Kalesnikoff Mass Timber, Western Archrib, Mercer Mass Timber, XL Construction, Maxxon, SmartLam, and United Brotherhood of Carpenters.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 1
  1. Buffet breakfast — including eggs, potatoes, bacon & sausage, fruit, pastries, juice* — sponsored by Ledinek. 
  2. Buffet lunch* sponsored by MINDA.
  3. Bottomless hot coffee & tea served in the Exhibit Hall until 2:45 PM. 
  4. Happy Hour Reception includes complimentary hors d’oeuvres and no-host bar. Sponsored by Timberlab, Swinerton, Kallesoe Machinery, Kalesnikoff Mass Timber, Western Archrib, Mercer Mass Timber, XL Construction, Maxxon, SmartLam, and United Brotherhood of Carpenters.

THURSDAY, APRIL 2
  1. Buffet breakfast — including eggs, potatoes, bacon & sausage, fruit, pastries, juice* — sponsored by Ledinek.
  2. Buffet lunch* sponsored by MINDA.
  3. Bottomless hot coffee & tea served in the Exhibit Hall until 3:00 PM.
